  • 3/4 cup 150g granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup 165g packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups 340g Nestlé Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
  • 1 cup 120g chopped nuts (optional)

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  • Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  • Add Eggs: Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Combine Dry and Wet Ingredients: Gradually mix in the flour mixture until just combined.
  • Fold in Chocolate Chips and Nuts: Stir in the chocolate morsels and nuts (if using).
  • Shape the Cookies: Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake: Bake for 9–11 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
